Head of People & Culture, IM
IM is an independent, values-driven membership organization striving for an equal and humane world. IM has approximately 6000 members, 450 volunteers, and 35 employees and partners, with operations in Sweden, Guatemala, Palestine, Ukraine, Malawi, and Moldova.
Do you want to help shape a values-driven organization where people, culture, and engagement are at the core? We are looking for a Head of People & Culture to lead and develop IM as an attractive, inclusive, and thriving workplace.
In this role, you will ensure that HR strategies, processes, and initiatives support both organizational goals and employee well-being. You will be part of the Management Team and act as a strategic partner with a hands-on responsibility across the organization.
While the office is based in the heart of Lund, the role is international, offering challenging and inspiring tasks along with great opportunities for personal growth.
Responsibilities
Drive organizational development, culture, and employee engagement while strengthening leadership and supporting change initiatives
Oversee performance management, rewards, and learning & development to enable growth and continuous learning
Ensure a strong focus on well-being, inclusion, and a positive employee experience
HR operations, compliance, and employee relations, including support to managers and internal communication
Drive Diversity & Inclusion through fair and inclusive practices across the organization
Hold overall responsibility for IT-related matters
Who You Are
Strongly values-driven with a genuine passion for IM’s mission and purpose
At least 7-10 years of experience in broad HR roles in global settings
Knowledge of labor law, HR compliance, and best practices
Analytical with the ability to turn insights into action
Experienced in driving organizational and cultural development
· Previous leadership experience.
Fluent in English and Swedish
