Call for consultant: Program and grant officer

We are now inviting tenders for Program and grant officer services from 16 April 2025 to 30 September 2025, to strengthen our Lund team.
You will make an impact by:
✔️ Leading and coordinating institutional grants processes including identifying funding opprtunities, developing applications, ensuring timely and compliant reporting to donors and aligning grants with IM's strategic goals.
✔️ Contributing to program development and follow-up, ensuring that funding efforts support our strategic goals and rights-holder driven approach.
✔️Maintaining constructive relationships with donors and partners
Does this sound like you?
🔹 Documented experience in institutional fundraising and grants management including grant writing and donor reporting
🔹 Legal knowledge and experience with donor contracts
🔹 Experience from international development in general and civil society organisations in particular
🔹 Language skills: English CEFR C1 and Swedish CEFR level B2

🔹 The assignment ends on 30 September 2025 and is equivalent to 40 hours per week.
🔹 The recruitment team consist of People and engagement strategist Anna Liffner and Operations strategist Anders Berg.
🔹 The assignment is hybrid/remote. The consultant is welcome to make use of our office space in the center of Lund
