Your candidate journey
-
We are committed to offering a speedy process, and will go through your application within a couple of days. If you are not shortlisted for an interview we will let you know as soon as the deadline has passed. If we don't keep the promises listed here below feel free to contact us to ask.
-
The screening is done by someone from People&Culture who looks at the match between the criteria listed in the job ad, and the candidate's application.
-
We will call around five people for an interview and you will receive an invitation a few days after application deadline. The interview is done online and we will do our best to adapt to your time zone.
-
During that interview you will meet someone from People&Culture + someone from the hiring team. We will not ask you to repeat what we can read about you in your LinkedIn profile, motivational letter or CV. We will instead focus the interview on knowing more about your personal skills and values. The interview takes around one hour.
-
After the interview, we rate the candidate according to pre-arranged criteria such as competence, personal skills, values and potential, and make a decision on who we would like to join our team. This is usually done within five days after the last interview.
-
We then cross our fingers that the successful candidate wants to join IM, and we present our job offer and start the salary negotiation.
